I'm trying to get back in the habit of taking my camera out with me during the day again...I fell off for a while there for whatever reason. Maybe it was lack of inspiration or something, but I don't really think that's the case, since
every city, no matter how dull, has
something interesting to view if you look close enough.
Like lost little pigs outside of abandoned buildings...

And of course there's always rusty stuff!

Hey, did y'all know it's
really hot in south Texas this time of year? We had a heat index of 112 today...I suppose, having grown up in that kind of heat, it's no wonder my Inner Reptile enjoys the heat.

Pigs and rust? Doesn't get much better than that.
Didja save the pig?
Oooooh. Rust!
Please come by my blog to check out the Bella Sinclair Award that I am passing on to you. :) I was supposed to choose 20 artists. But it was important to me that it mean something so I could only think of 10 people that it really fit. And you were one of them.

inner reptile..
so that would be you lounging on that road, belly pressed to the tarmac..
I *almost* saved the pig, Jazz..it was quite tempting, but limited space made me leave him where he was.
With all the salt in the air there's rust aplenty down here, Seth!
Thanks, Francie!
That's totally me, Dneese. Some people may find it oppressive, but it just makes me feel happy and at home!
